20/30 changed my life!!!

My mom is the number one reason I signed up for the 20/30 program. She wanted to do it and I wanted to do it to help her through it. On the plus side, I thought maybe I’ll lose weight too. I had a baby about two years ago and never lost all the baby weight. I didn’t have any health issues, just wanted to lose the weight. It’s the best thing ever. Not only have myself and my mom completed the first 30 days my dad signed up and completed his 30 days, two co-workers were in the same group as my mom and I, two more co-workers signed up, two members at Mountaintop have plus another co-worker in the works. The program is hard at first but it works. Some great side effects to this program is my skin has never looked better, I feel 100% better about myself, have great energy to play with my little boy and it has really improved my eating habits. Working out has now been a regular part of my day. I started on Jan. 11th at 172 pounds, as of March 27th I reached my goal weight of 140 (I’m at 138). I have lost 20 inches and 32 pounds. My new goal is 130.
